We’ve been working on some beautiful custom home projects here on the island, which is why we decided to make this month’s blog about when the best time is to upgrade and expand your home.
It’s been our most asked question so far this summer, and it’s a great question!
Here are eight indicators from what we see with our clients of when to know when the best time to upgrade and expand your home is.

As you and your family grow older, space can become an issue where you need more of it, or on the flip side, maybe your partner or someone in the family now has a work from home job and needs an extra office/workspace.
