Garth and his team tackled two separate complex problems on our home in Tofino. The most serious was diagnosed almost immediately by Garth. The beginning of the collapse of a sizeable section of our upper floor and porch due to structural dry rot of the lower floor. Garth and his team tackled this complex project knowledgeable, professionally and expeditiously; leaving it as new with new framing, siding, windows, doors etc.

Performed successful open heart surgery on a house in severe cardiac arrest. Foundations had failed to the extent that marbles and chairs rolled quickly on their own across the floor. House was lifted, foundations replaced, and walls reconstructed, and now we have a whole new basement space. It takes knowledge, good contacts, and a good crew to pull something like this project off. Highly recommend Garth and his crew.

Being somewhat of a nosy neighbour, I approached the worker, and after a brief and informative conversation, this fella told me he had to get back to work...lol!... a fine example of diligence if you ask me!
